In
2007, Southern Cross Tours was invited to
participate, together with many other colleagues,
in a scheme organised jointly by the Spanish
Secretariat of Tourism and the Argentinian
Board of Tourism, meant to improve the standards
of services rendered by the different sectors
of the tourist trade.
The
plan is quite comprehensive, as it goes from
the simplest aspects of everyday life, like
maintenance, to the most important matters,
like passenger service or company image.
After
a trial period and several joint working sessions,
together with important amounts of in-house
work, some of the participants were selected
and distinguished for their good standards.
Southern Cross Tours was one of the proud
winners.
