Italian food is also readily available as a large number of Argentineans are of Italian descent. All cities also carry your usual International cuisine including all major American fast food chains.

North American travelers will be surprised to notice Argentineans eat supper late, usually 9 PM at the earliest.

As Argentina is one of the world's largest producers of wine you'll certainly want to try the varied assortment available. The local beers are also excellent.

The legal drinking age is 18 years old.
